Does any of this sound familiar?
If you nodded along to any (or all) of the above, you’re NOT alone.

I realised that:
So, I started asking myself the big, scary question:
I’ve spent the better part of the past 5 years trying to answer this question – through experimenting and trying lots of different things.
I read books, went to climate cafés, talked to dozens of people, faced my grief in a grief circle, marched and protested, wrote to my MP, listened to talks, made lifestyle changes and joined community groups. And more.
(Yeah, I might have gotten a bit obsessed).
SPOILER ALERT:
There isn’t one answer to this question (surprise!).
But I did learn a few things:
“Don’t ask what the world needs. Ask what makes you come alive, and go do it. Because what the world needs is people who have come alive.”
– Howard Thurman
As a Climate Coach, I help women figure out what makes them come alive and support them in doing that.
- I help you process your thoughts and feelings about the climate crisis in a judgement-free space.
- And give you tools to navigate them in the future.
- I’ll share strategies to help you find joy and beauty amidst all the chaos and uncertainty.
- I’ll help you find your place within the climate movement without being crushed by overwhelm.
- I’ll help you practice your imagination skills so you can imagine a better future worth fighting for.
- And we’ll identify steps you can take towards that future now.
- I’ll help you develop healthier strategies for engaging with the doom & gloom news.
- And to shift your focus towards solutions and positive change that is already happening.
- We’ll explore how you can step into climate action in a way that feels comfortable and suits your personality
- I’ll help you identify skills and talents you already have (and the world needs), so you can make a difference in your communities now.
- I’ll help you navigate decisions about your future, life or work without ignoring the reality of our warming world.
Who is this for?
I work with women from all over the world, who:
- Are grappling with the climate crisis and experiencing eco-anxiety and other emotions
- Want to contribute but don’t really know where to start (or they feel nothing is enough)
- Worry they have to get a degree in sustainability or glue themselves to stuff in order to make a difference (spoiler: you don’t!)
- Feel alone and isolated with their worries and don’t know how to talk to friends or family without being “a downer”
- Want to have more impact in their careers and/or communities but don’t know how (or how to find the time)
- Are jaded by the status quo and business as usual…
- And they know deep down that a better world is possible and they want to play a part in building it
If this sounds like you, I’d love to meet you!
How does it work?
- All my coaching sessions are held online via Zoom.
- We will meet weekly or every two weeks, depending on your preference.
- I work with women across the globe and try to accommodate all time zones. If you can’t find a time that works for you, please get in touch and we’ll find a time.
- As part of the booking process, I’ll ask you a few questions about your challenges and goals.
- Our first session will be 90 minutes to give us enough time and space to talk about your challenges around climate change. All following sessions will be 75 minutes.
- Depending on your needs and goals, I’ll share relevant resources like Journal prompts, articles, videos or books with you.
- Together, we’ll identify your goals and make a plan to work towards them.
